Believer Hands Nail & Spa Reviews

I am extremely disturbed and disappointed by the service provided by Kelly. To start the young female receptionist has a terrible attitude and is not friendly at all. I was led to my seat to be serviced by Kelly and left very upset before my vacation. I booked nail art and was told I only booked a fill in, which was a lie, as I had a witness when booking. They told me they could not do what I asked for and I was rushed! She kept pushing my hands and handled me roughly! The shaping was awful. My entire experience was terrible. I would not go there if I were you.

It's official. I'm a Believer. 😁 First off, service is amazing. The staff is so sweet and knowledgeable. I have a serious allergy to acrylic, dip powder and the stick on nail glue and I got the gel x full set and no allergic reaction! And on top of that, my nail artist (Thank you Kelly!) did an incredible job with my 4th of July inspired nail art. Will definitely be back!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been coming here since they opened about a year ago, and I almost didn't want to write this because I wanted to gatekeep it! 😂 But they are just too good. If you want a quiet, clean, and genuinely relaxing nail salon, this is it. The technicians are wonderful, the prices are honest, and the pampering is next-level (they use actual fresh cut cucumbers and herbs for the feet!). I usually get a regular mani/pedi with the quick-dry polish (lasts so well), but after watching someone get the full spa pedicure today, I'm upgrading next time. Also, free parking in the back makes life so much easier! 10/10.

I had such a great experience at this nail salon! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how incredibly clean and well-maintained everything was. The space feels fresh, organized, and welcoming which immediately put me at ease. The staff are genuinely kind and professional, and you can tell they care about their clients. Evan was especially wonderfulfriendly, attentive, and made the whole check-in process smooth and pleasant. It’s always nice to be greeted with such a warm attitude. Suki, my nail tech, was amazing. She took her time, paid attention to every detail, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Her work is precise and beautiful you can really see her skill and dedication in the final result. Overall, this salon delivers not just great service, but a really enjoyable experience. Clean environment, friendly staff, and talented technicians. This has been my 6th visit. I'm now officially a customer 😃

Had a great experience here! My friend has been coming here for a while and recommended this place to me—and they did not disappoint. I did Gel-X with Kelly, and she is AMAZING. She understood exactly what I wanted and replicated it perfectly. I even encouraged her to suggest a design she liked, and after she showed me her ideas, I chose the bow design, so cute! She’s very neat, talented, and sweet, and she even gave a little hand massage at the end, which was such a nice touch. The staff overall is so kind and attentive, pushing in your chair, helping you with your coat, and making sure you’re comfortable. Evan was the icing on the cake. From making my appointment over the phone to meeting him in person, he was welcoming and checked in to make sure everything was going well. I also received a small gift since I came during the holiday season, which was such a thoughtful touch. Amazing service all around—I’ve officially found my new nail salon! 💅🏿✨
